Hello, I’m Dr. Leah Barreca

I entered this field with a single goal: to help people make changes, no matter how small, to enhance their lives. Encountering suffering, I discovered effective strategies that could help. With that understanding, I got busy building a CBT specialty, training in mental health agencies, medical clinics, and hospitals.

Personal health challenges inspired me to incorporate existential elements into my work, reinforcing my desire to share these interventions. Patients addressing depression, anxiety, insomnia, health issues, burnout, grief, and aging strengthened my unwavering belief in the transformative power of evidence-based therapies, like CBT.

My work today focuses on helping people reclaim their well-being by providing targeted support for:
